Welcome to Mindfulness Dunedin. We are Kovido and Eric, a team of two certified mindfulness meditation teachers in Ōtepoti, Dunedin. We are passionate about sharing our practice with members of our community. Through the learnings of mindfulness and creating meaningful connections, we hope to not only promote self-care, but care for our community and care for the world.
While we are not Māori, we acknowledge the significance of te reo Māori and the values of manaakitanga (hospitality) and aroha (compassion) that inspire our work. We extend our warmest welcome to all.

We regularly offer half-day, full-day and multi-day retreats. Our retreats are a nice break to your busy life. They increase calmness, relaxation and clarity. Beautiful natural settings form the backdrop of our multi-day retreats. Nature helps you become more grounded and grow towards your highest potential.
Courses and workshops are great opportunities to learn and practice a variety of mindfulness meditation-based techniques and skills, in the company of like-minded people. Although beginner-friendly, our courses and workshops explore themes and perspectives that also help more experienced practitioners deepen their practice. Upcoming courses and workshops .

What better way to achieve that than intentionally, mindfully walk in nature, sit in a quiet spot under a tree, or on a beach, or in an open grassy area, and meditate with other people.
