Finding Peace in Troubled Times

This workshop is for people who have already done some mindfulness or meditation who would like to deepen and develop their practice. However it is also suitable for beginners as full instructions will be given by Kovido. In this one-day workshop participants will work towards finding peace in themselves and promoting peace in the world.

Mindful stretching, mindful eating and mindful walking will all form part of the day, some of which will be in silence.

Hooper's Inlet is a most beautiful location where we can be with birds, water, hills, put aside our busy lives for a while and settle into being "Human Beings."

Coffee, tea, herb teas milk and plant milk and biscuits will be provided. Participants are asked to bring food to share for lunch.
