Mindful Nature Meditation Walk – Spring at Dunedin Botanic Garden

We begin with gentle mindful movements, then walk slowly and silently through the garden’s seasonal beauty. In a quiet open area with a stunning view and birdsong all around, we settle in for a 20-minute guided meditation. On the walk back, we reconnect with others in shared presence.

This one-hour experience is open to anyone able to walk slowly outdoors for 10 minutes. It’s designed to amplify the restorative benefits of nature and mindfulness, offering calm, clarity, and connection.

Led by Eric Chagnon, the session includes a warm-up, introductory guidance, mindful walking, and seated meditation.
