Mindful Nature Walk

We move gently. We walk silently. We sit in a nice quiet spot under a majestic pine tree, and we meditate. Then we connect with others on the walk back. The whole activity lasts one hour.

This activity is open to anyone able to walk slowly outside for 30 minutes. The intention is to combine and boost the incredible benefits of nature and meditation/mindfulness. The gentle warm-up and introductory instructions, the walk, and the sitting guided meditation are led by Eric Chagnon.

Suggested Koha of $10. The June outing will be at Jubilee Park, an ideal location during Winter due to its accessibility and beautiful tree coverage. Email Eric to register of for more info.
