We’ll move with intention, walk with awareness, and finish with a guided meditation that invites the body to soften and the nervous system to settle. Surrounded by the strength and calm of the garden, this session offers a simple way to arrive fully in yourself again and step into the weekend with clarity, steadiness, and ease.
